01Measurement and operational records
Product events are held under a 30-day scheduled cleanup. Detailed operational metrics are compacted after 14 days; hourly summaries are held for 90 days and daily summaries for up to two years. These are configured cleanup periods, not a guarantee that a record disappears at an exact second.
The current product-event dataset can contain account identifiers and hashed visit or network indicators. It is not anonymous aggregate-only storage. No new daily website-counter dataset is introduced by this notice.
02Other records and recovery copies
Account, billing, security, moderation, support and contract records follow the purposes, periods or necessity criteria in the Privacy Notice and relevant service terms. Measurement cleanup does not override a tax or accounting duty, investigation, legal hold or active claim.
Encrypted backups are restricted recovery copies and follow a separate retention cycle. Deletion from an active system does not rewrite every backup immediately. Applicable deletion and retention controls must be respected when recovering data.
03Requests and safeguards
Contact Support to ask about a category, request deletion or challenge continued retention. We verify authority proportionately and explain applicable exceptions and complaint routes. Turning optional Measurement off stops future optional browser collection after the preference is applied; it does not automatically erase earlier records.
