01Send a privacy request
Use Ident.ink Support and identify the right you want to exercise. Explain which account, service or record is involved. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
We may need proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing personal information or acting on a request. Account exports are delivered through expiring access grants; their contents do not enter the analytics dashboard.
02Available rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, rights can include information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. These rights have exceptions; deletion is not always available for records needed for a legal obligation or an active claim.
An objection or consent withdrawal for site statistics does not require closing the account. Change the Measurement choice in Cookies to stop future optional collection.
03Responses and complaints
We handle requests within the applicable statutory period. Where a lawful extension, refusal or fee applies, we explain the reason and available complaint route. The Privacy Notice provides controller contact details and information about complaining to the UK Information Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority.
If we cannot locate non-identifying aggregate counters without collecting additional identifying data, we explain that limitation rather than promise that an anonymous aggregate can be traced to you.
