01Before checkout
The order screen identifies the selected service, price, recurring interval, known taxes or their calculation, any trial or minimum commitment, when payment begins and how to cancel. Review those details before confirming. A checkout session or payment-page visit does not grant access; entitlement follows successful processor confirmation.
02Saved payment method
Stripe stores complete payment credentials under its own terms. Ident.ink stores only limited identifiers and status needed to manage billing. Starting a recurring plan authorises future charges at the disclosed interval. A required method can be replaced but cannot be detached while needed for an active plan.
03Renewal and price changes
Recurring plans renew until cancelled. The dashboard shows the billing state and, where provided by the processor, the next billing date. We give reasonable advance notice of a material renewal-price increase where required. The new price applies at a future renewal, not retroactively.
04Trials
The trial offer states its duration, included plan and conversion price. A renewing trial charges the saved method when it ends unless cancelled first. One person or organisation may not create duplicate accounts to repeat a trial. We may end an abused trial without converting it to paid access.
05How to cancel
Cancel through the subscription controls in the dashboard or submit a tracked request at support.ident.ink. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the current paid period ends. Deleting an app, leaving a server, removing content or stopping use is not cancellation.
06Consumer cooling-off rights
Where consumer distance-contract law applies, you may have fourteen days after contract formation to cancel. If you ask for immediate supply of a service during that period, we may charge a lawful proportion for service supplied before cancellation. For fully supplied digital content, the cancellation right may be lost only after the legally required express request and acknowledgement.
These provisions do not replace stronger mandatory local rights. Contact Support with the order reference and a clear cancellation statement.
07Refund eligibility
We refund duplicate or unauthorised charges after validation, charges taken after an effective cancellation, and other amounts required by law. If a paid service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or does not conform to contract, statutory repeat-performance, price-reduction or refund rights may apply.
Except where law or an express offer says otherwise, change of mind after a cooling-off period, unused time, partial-month cancellation, forgotten renewal, partner or promotional credit and plan under-use do not automatically qualify for a refund.
08Usage, add-ons and external costs
Consumed usage, domain registration or renewal, processor costs, one-off setup, completed work and other non-recoverable third-party charges may be non-refundable to the extent lawful and clearly disclosed. A refund of one item does not cancel an unrelated service.
09Failed payments and chargebacks
We may retry a failed payment, ask for another method and restrict or stop paid workloads. A genuine billing dispute should first be raised through Support so records can be reviewed. Knowingly false chargebacks, use after reversal or repeated payment evasion may result in suspension. Nothing prevents a lawful chargeback or card right.
10Making a request
Send the account email, invoice or payment reference, amount, date, reason and relevant evidence through Support. Do not send complete card or bank details. We acknowledge and investigate requests without undue delay; processor and bank settlement times are outside our control. Approved refunds return to the original method unless law requires another route.
Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory consumer remedy or lawful payment-card right.
