Ident Group Ltd will not knowingly onboard or begin a commercial relationship with Rainbet, and has published the evidence, review, contract and appeal safeguards governing that position.
The founder has held and expressed concerns about Rainbet for some time. Personal opinion alone was not treated as a sufficient basis for formal company action. Following third-party reporting, including the linked NTTS investigation, Ident Group completed a commercial-risk review and has now adopted a defined company policy.
Effective from 5 September 2026, Ident.ink will not knowingly onboard Rainbet, enter a new commercial relationship with Rainbet, or provide Ident.ink services or infrastructure for Rainbet-directed operations. Ident will also refuse new partnerships, sponsorships and comparable commercial arrangements with organisations that maintain an active commercial relationship with Rainbet.
Existing relationships are not terminated by an automated keyword rule. They are reviewed individually. Any restriction, suspension or termination must be supported by evidence and permitted by the relevant agreement and law. Affected organisations receive notice and a route to correct factual mistakes or appeal. The policy does not authorise arbitrary fines, unauthorised charges or seizure of unrelated customer funds.
