PayPal confirmation can now recover from a temporary network interruption without losing the approved transaction reference or asking the customer to pay again.

A bounded browser-session record keeps the PayPal return available until the server confirms activation.

If confirmation is interrupted, the checkout shows a retry action instead of silently becoming stuck.
Same payment boundary
The server still verifies workspace authority, recalculates every price and grants access only after the payment provider confirms it.
