IdentDB and Bot Operations customer access is temporarily paused while Ident.ink prepares the managed-server system scheduled for 16 September 2026. Existing customer data and bot settings remain preserved.
A live notice is visible throughout the dashboard. Attempts to add or open either affected module show the maintenance explanation and safe temporary options. Database credentials and bot tokens must never be sent through support.
The managed-server release remains scheduled for 16 September 2026 at 18:00 Europe/London.
