Ident.ink now presents one canonical product contract, an outcome-led company case and crawlable IdentChat product evidence without invented proof or conflicting availability claims.
One public contract
Web Studio access, team capacity, IdentChat's canonical address and managed-service readiness now come from one reviewed public contract. Free Workspace access is distinguished from the paid Web Studio capability. Managed IdentDB and managed bot hosting remain held while their workload and fulfilment evidence is incomplete; no invented reopening time replaces that uncertainty.
A clearer company case
The Company and Partners pages now begin with customer outcomes instead of module volume. A commercial relationship follows Discover, Build, Run and Review, with the proposal naming deliverables, dependencies, ownership, support, pricing boundaries and exit arrangements. Platform access does not silently include unlimited bespoke engineering.
IdentChat can explain itself
IdentChat now has crawler-readable Product, Security, Developers and Pricing evidence on its canonical domain. These pages describe account, permission, bot and media boundaries without implying independent certification. The signed-in chat application and its existing routes remain separate.
Ident.ink will publish genuine case studies only when a customer permits it and a result can be evidenced.
