The old suite entry points now lead into one custom Workspace, and Identify Commerce adds a no-code company store with Stripe Connect checkout, compact order records and optional Printify product sync.
One product surface
Business, competitive team, content and technical capabilities no longer need separate suite entry pages. An organisation starts with one owned project, builds the dashboard it needs, adds pages and visual logic, and installs only the capabilities included in or purchased for that project. Existing records remain preserved behind the Workspace rather than being deleted or copied.
Identify Commerce
Identify Commerce is the final module announced for this product cycle. A verified seller can design a storefront, declare the legal trader, connect a Stripe Express account, create products, manage stock, review an order ledger and publish without writing code. Customer checkout is hosted by Stripe and funds are routed to the connected seller. Ident.ink does not receive complete card or bank details.
Printify can be connected through an encrypted personal access token to import product drafts. Those drafts require review before activation. This release does not automatically submit customer orders to Printify, so fulfilment remains under the seller's control.
Built to stay bounded
Store records are isolated by the owning project. Product media remains an HTTPS reference instead of being duplicated into Ident.ink storage. Connected services use fixed provider addresses, bounded timeouts and encrypted credentials. Arbitrary customer code is not downloaded or executed.
The seller remains responsible for product legality, safety, tax, fulfilment, returns and customer service. Registered companies must provide accurate company information. Ident.ink may suspend false declarations and recover proven loss where the law permits, but does not invent an automatic punitive fine.
Availability and price
Workspace itself remains the canonical product surface. Identify Commerce is available as an £8 monthly capability and is included in the relevant Workspace bundle. The public feature page and Pricing are the canonical descriptions of availability and cost.
