IdentDB document storage and the refreshed Studio are now live. Storage costs £6 per 2 decimal GB-month of active document JSON, prorated for the time it is stored. There is no fixed storage subscription or minimum fee. The displayed price includes applicable tax.
Before using paid document storage, the project owner must accept the billing agreement, authorise future card charges and attach a verified card through Stripe. A paid account tier is not required. Existing account subscriptions are separate from this storage agreement.
Studio now brings collections, documents, keys, filters, indexes and aggregation into a clearer responsive workspace, with storage usage numbers and graphs. Owners can manage storage caps, review billing, export documents and delete a database to end future storage accrual. Deleting stored data does not erase charges already accrued.
The required-card and consent gates were verified on the live site at mobile and desktop sizes. The release passed 129 tests, 39 Studio browser checks and 13 compiled-page checks. No customer was charged during release testing.
This billing release covers IdentDB document storage. PostgreSQL storage billing and automatic database provisioning are not included. Some newly added interface text still falls back to English while translation completion is pending.
