We are bringing Ident.ink’s planned 2027 move to contract-only business access forward to November 2026. Waiting until 2027 no longer works for how we need to operate the platform. We want the transition settled before Christmas, with time to resolve issues properly.
The exact November launch day will be confirmed separately. This announcement gives advance notice of the change; the transition is not being activated today.
When the transition launches, access to resource features will require a direct business contract with Ident Group Ltd. Subscriptions, trials, partner grants and account registration will not unlock those features. Existing platform subscription renewals will end as part of the transition. The change will not issue automatic refunds; existing support, cancellation and refund-request routes remain available.
Anyone can start a partnership conversation. You do not need a limited company or an existing paid plan just to talk to us. Paid contracts will be offered selectively after founder review. Eligible UK limited companies can apply for a tailored agreement; opening a chat or submitting an application does not guarantee a contract or resource access.
Agreements require founder approval. Both parties must sign the NDA and service contract before the agreed business features and capacities become available. Public information, basic account security and recovery, support and existing payment cancellation will remain accessible.
