Apple is currently rejecting some legitimate Ident.ink transactional email. New @icloud.com, @me.com and @mac.com signups temporarily use independent email proof while we work with Apple. Existing accounts are not blocked.
What affected users do
Start signup to receive a one-time reference. Email that reference to outreach@identgroup.ltd from the same iCloud-family address, then retry signup after it is confirmed.
Security boundary
A reference sent from another address is not accepted. Ident.ink never asks for a password, login code, payment detail or Apple credential through this process.
Current status
Apple accepted our postmaster investigation request. We will remove this temporary route only after normal transactional delivery is verified again.
