Ident.ink Workspace can now move between projects and read from approved services without turning customer connections into arbitrary server access.
Portable by design
Export a Workspace as a compact JSON design, preview it before import, then create a private draft. Operational records, credentials, IDs and secrets are not included.
Useful without another Ident.ink API key
Public RSS or Atom feeds, GitHub repositories and npm packages can be connected directly. Customer-owned Cloudinary references and existing Ident.ink services can also be attached.
Paid capabilities stay paid
A connection never grants its underlying feature. Payroll requires Auto Payroll, databases require IdentDB, email requires Email Automation, chat requires Workspace Chat, and developer sources require Developer Operations. Entitlement is checked at setup and again on refresh.
Outbound network boundary
External reads use HTTPS, DNS-pinned TLS, private-address rejection, disabled redirects, seven-second timeouts and a 512 KB response ceiling. Refresh and import actions have dedicated durable rate limits.
No remote execution
Connections cannot download or run code, reach local infrastructure, expose environment values or add unsupported capabilities. Failed reads leave the Workspace unchanged.
Verified before release
